We take great care in packing your order so that it arrives safely. Should there be any problem, please contact us within 30 days of sale.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours or purchase.
We take every precaution to pack your purchase so that it arrives safely; however, we understand that accidents can happen in transit. If this is the case, please contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS at email@example.com, and we will happily replace your item (we request that you send a photo of the damaged item.)
Once approved, we will mail you a replacement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Sorry, we do not accept exchanges.
